Step back in time and get away from it all in an original Cottage, located at the foot of the Gap of Mamore overlooking Leenan Bay.

Each Cottage has been carefully restored and is fully heated with all mod cons. Features such as thatched bog oak roof, open turf fire, flagged stone floor and old pine furniture create a timeless atmosphere.

Located eight miles north of Buncrana, the Gap of Mamore passes between the Urris Hills at 800 feet above sea level, offering spectacular views of the Inishowen Peninsula
and it’s beautiful sandy beaches.

For hill walkers, the cottages are a good starting point to explore the Urris Hills, if one walk must be chosen in all Inishowen”, this is it..

The cottages are situated at the foot of the Gap of Mamore, overlooking Leenan Bay beside the “Inishowen 100”, with shops , hotels, restaurants and licensed premises nearby.
Ballyliffen is home to 4 hotels, a world renowned Golf Course and is located 7 km from the cottages.
